When entering your credit card information, please make sure the “Bill To” address on your order is the same as the billing address of your credit card. If you want your order shipped to a different address, please enter a “Ship To” address.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified online. If you would like to add another item, you must enter another order. If you would like to cancel an order, you must call 781-322-6084, to see the status of the order. If the order has not shipped, we will do our best to help you with your request but cannot guarantee that your order will be canceled. We ship Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday and holidays will be processed on the next business day
Domestic Ground Shipping (Continental USA only) Shipping charges will be charged based upon your total order and will be shipped VIA UPS/FEDEX ground service in the Continental United States (*except Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico).

For orders shipped to a Post Office Box, you will be billed for the actual cost charged by the United States Postal Service (plus $3.00 service charge). Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico shipping charges will be billed at the actual cost charged by the carrier (plus $3.00 service charge). We reserve the right to ship orders by any carrier in any number of shipments per order we desire. We are not responsible for incorrect address or inconveniences caused by late deliveries.
UPS/FedEx next day, two day, and three day shipping is available and can be selected at checkout. Online express orders will ship the next business day. If you call before 12 noon EST, we can ship the same day. Express shipping charges will be billed at the actual costs charged by the carrier (plus $5.00 service charge). We cannot estimate these charges ahead of time since each order varies in weight and size.
International shipping charges will be charged at actual cost (plus $5.00 service charge) and will be shipped via UPS, FedEx or Post Office. Since rates vary by destination country, weight and dimensions of the package, we cannot estimate the shipping cost prior to shipment. Customer will be charged the actual freight charges (plus $5.00 service charge). Any duties, taxes and customs clearing charges will be the customer’s responsibility. USA Trains reserves the right to ship to counties it chooses.
We are not responsible for printing errors, for shipment cutbacks from any manufacturers, or for the acceptance of overbooked orders for a particular item. All items are on a first come first served basis. Prices are subject to change without notice.
All items are shipped fully insured. If you receive items damaged by the freight carrier, please call 781-321-6459 so we may contact the freight carrier. Hold the damaged item along with the shipping box. Please call if you have any shipping discrepancies. 10 days limit from shipping date.
Customers who refuse delivery of any package(s) are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus the shipping charges. These amounts will be deducted from your refund. Al to of time and costs are incurred in every shipment. Thank you for your understanding.
If an address was entered incorrectly or if you moved without notifying us prior to shipment of a backorder and the delivery of the packages(s) requires an address correction, the customer is responsible for all fees charged by the carrier. Your credit card will be charged for the fees charged by the carrier plus a $5.00 service charge.
Due to the unique manufacturing process in the industry, some backorders may take quite a while to ship. Items will remain on backorder until the product is received from the manufacturer or notice is received that it is not being made. The customer may cancel their back orders at any time prior to receipt from the manufacturer.
Please call 781-322-6084 to get a return authorization which must appear on your shipping label below the city and state. A copy of your invoice must be enclosed with a letter explaining what needs to be done. The merchandise must be in the original package in unused condition.
NO RETURNS AFTER 10 DAYS OF RECEIPT
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge and applicable freight charges if not exchanged for merchandise of equal value. No returns of electrical components or any repair parts. All warranty returns must be prepaid by the customer.
UPS return shipping labels are available from our Online Store (click on “Return Label” in the top blue menu bar). Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund based on the value of the item(s) returned. For exchanges you will be billed the shipping charge based on the value of item(s).
